Metallica to begin working with new album.
Nearly two years, after 215 concerts in over 45 countries, Metallica have decided that its time to record the followup to their highly successful 2008 album, Death Magnetic.
In an interview Lars Ulrich told the Danish tabloid "Ekstra Bladet":
"There's a really good vibe in the band at the moment. In the past, we would be fed up with Metallica whenever we returned home after a gigantic world tour, but this time it's different. I think that we'll probably get the creative process going in March or April and go into the studio."
Personally, I'm stoked for this. I really enjoy everything they've done, including St.Anger. I doubt they will fail to impress!
